The soup I made from this pumpkin was portioned up and frozen for when the weather actually cools down more. I love pumpkin soup with a swirl of cream! The pineapple was super sweet and so I have planted out the top and hope to get it to grow. I'm not great at growing pineapples but maybe my luck will change.
