Today's Bouquet

A bouquet of flowers "gathered" during happy wanderings through our city's beautiful Botanic Gardens...

Tiny clusters of sweet flowers.

A salvia bud begins to open.

 A single little native violet.

So beautiful blue irises.

Waxy white blossoms.

Daisy-like petals & Autumn's blue sky.

... I took my time and made sure I "smelt the roses", though I forgot to photograph them!

Meg

    1. I love blue flowers too, Cheryl. Isn't the colour of the iris just stunning! There was a mass planting of these iris under a large tree which looked gorgeous. Meg:)

    1. Native violets are very pretty little flowers, Kylie. They make a lovely ground cover grown en masse in shade to semi shade. We have them growing here at home too. Meg:)
